Jane Orgel was born in Ireland and lived, studied and worked in the UK and Middle East before moving to the United States. She obtained a BA in Political Science from Columbia University in New York in 1993, and a JD from Rutgers University in New Jersey in 1997. She is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey. She is also admitted to the Federal District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, AILA, and the New York State Bar Association.
This is a law practice devoted exclusively to immigration, with an emphasis on accessibility, personalized service and a fast turnaround on all cases. Cases are filed throughout the United States and abroad on behalf of professionals, including physicians and medical residents, investors, designers, architects, film producers, artists and entertainers, company executives, and those with extraordinary ability in their field. Family cases, waivers of inadmissibility and citizenship applications comprise a substantial part of the practice.
