Jane Orgel was born in Ireland and lived, studied and worked in the UK and Middle East before moving to the United States. She obtained a BA in Political Science from Columbia University in New York in 1993, and a JD from Rutgers University in New Jersey in 1997. She is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey. She is also admitted to the Federal District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, AILA, and the New York State Bar Association.

Ms. Kim attended Seoul National University and received Bachelor and Master degrees in Voice from the Manhattan School of Music. Ms. Kim has performed at Carnegie Hall and the Lincoln Center in New York, as well as in Japan and Korea. She has performed with the Santa Fe Opera, Virginia Opera, Baltimore Opera and the Cleveland Opera. Ms. Kim has extensive experience working in arts production and arts administration, and as an interpreter and translator for Korean artists, business executives and administrators. Sol Kodsi received his BA from SUNY Oneonta and his JD from Hofstra University. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1996, including the Eastern and Southern Districts. Sol handles asylum applications and removal proceedings as well as real estate closings, divorces, wills and personal injury cases.
